Discussing The unique architectural design for Santorini’s Resort-North Coast in Al-Hadath Channel by interviewing Dr. Ibrahim Mostafa-Apache company’s CEO, on “Hewar w Estethmar” program, and it was mentioned that for the first time, a project of this size was completed in a period of time less than specified in the schedule, and unit deliveries began nearly a year ahead of schedule.
Furthermore, there was discussion about the different and distinct design from existing projects in Egypt, as well as the selection of the identity of Santorini island and its distinction in white and blue, and thanks were also extended to Eng. Mo’men Kabil, CEO of Comet Interiors and Architecture, for the great effort and Comet’s role in architectural design. The project’s unique selling points that were developed by COMET played the most important role in increasing sales, as the first phase was completely sold out and only a limited number of units remained in the second and third phases
